Responsibilities Include
Answering Phones

Tracking monthly expenditures
Collect and process all daily paperwork from staff
Track all staff hours, mileage, absences and reimbursments
Keep Schedule and employee notes updated
Transport invoices between office locations
Site visits to check facilities/purchase supplies/emergency call outs
Manage maintenance of all office equipment
Order all office supplies
Track and collect Work Orders
Assist with Monthly Reports
Process yearly background checks
Obtain price proposals on equipment/services for districts as needed
Keep up to date binders of all district contracts
Fill in for Amenity Managers when they are absent
Keep spreadsheets of district utility bills
Keep updated inventory
